New Roof Installation

Ground-up roofing for new builds and additions. Shingle, metal, TPO, or rubber, installed to last.

For new construction, additions, and outbuildings, we install roofing systems from a bare deck up, matched to the structure, the budget, and how the building will actually be used. That includes traditional architectural shingles, standing-seam metal panels, and TPO or rubber membrane systems for low-slope and flat roofs.

We work directly with builders and homeowners to spec the right system the first time, rather than defaulting to whatever's easiest to install.

Matching the system to the structure

A steep residential roof, a low-slope addition, and a flat commercial deck all call for different materials. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs between shingle, metal, and membrane systems, including cost, lifespan, and maintenance, so the choice fits the building and not just the budget line.

Questions about new roof installation

Straight answers, not sales copy.

Are metal panels better than asphalt shingles?

It depends on your priorities. Metal costs more up front but typically lasts longer and handles severe weather better; shingles cost less initially and remain the most common choice for standard residential roofs. We'll help you weigh both for your specific project.

Do you install on new construction?

Yes, we regularly work directly with builders on new homes, additions, and outbuildings.

Can you install a flat or low-slope roof?

Yes, including TPO, rubber membrane, and silicone-coated systems suited to flat and low-slope decks.
