Every inspection is performed in person by a licensed, insured technician who walks the full roof surface, not just a drive-by look from the street. We check shingles, flashing, valleys, vents, gutters, and the underlayment beneath, and we document everything with photos so you know exactly what we found and why it matters.
What we're actually looking for
Cracked or curling shingles, exposed or damaged flashing around chimneys and vents, granule loss, soft decking, and early signs of moisture intrusion. If we find storm-related damage, we'll walk you through what your homeowner's insurance is likely to cover and can meet your adjuster on-site to make sure nothing gets missed.
