Roof Replacement

A full tear-off and replacement, done right the first time, backed by a 10-year craftsmanship warranty.

When a roof is past the point of repair, whether from age, accumulated storm damage, or failing decking, a full replacement is the honest recommendation, and we'll only make it when it's actually warranted. We source materials directly through Metro Roofing, Superior Roofing, and Beacon Roofing, which lets us pass along wholesale pricing on premium shingles and underlayment systems.

Because most replacements in Middle Tennessee follow storm damage, we work directly with homeowners insurance from the estimate through the final walkthrough, so the process stays as painless as the roof itself is disruptive.

What's included in a replacement

Complete removal of the old roofing system, inspection and repair of any damaged decking found underneath, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at valleys and eaves, new flashing throughout, and your choice of architectural shingle or metal roofing material.

Questions about roof replacement

Straight answers, not sales copy.

How much does it cost to replace a roof?

Cost depends on square footage, roof pitch, number of layers being removed, and material choice. We'll walk the roof and give you a written estimate at no charge.

Will insurance cover my new roof?

If the damage is storm-related, most major carriers, including State Farm, Travelers, USAA, and MetLife, will cover repair or replacement costs. We can help document the claim.

How long does a full replacement take?

Most residential replacements are completed in one to three days, weather permitting.
